How long will it take for my order to ship if I place an order today?

Most orders are shipped within the next business day if we have the ordered item in stock. All special orders ship within 3-5 business days

How can I track status of my order? Has it been shipped yet?

 After payment has been received and processed an email will be sent with shipment details and tracking numbers.

I have received USPS tracking number for my package but the tracking is not updated after it has been shipped. What is going on?

USPS occasionally fails to scan the package upon arrival. The package is on its way. If you do not receive it within 3-4 business days then please let us know

If I order an item today with express mail shipping, will I receive it tomorrow?

Orders are usually processed the next business day. We are currently unable make any exception for your order to ship on the same business day.

Do you ship to Canada or anywhere outside of USA?

We ship to Canada or outside of USA prices will vary

What shipping method do you use to Cigar Box Purse?

Boxes will be shipped via ground parcel services. Express shipping is available prices will vary.

How long will it take to have a family portrait collages on a box?

1 to 2 weeks for custom orders (depends on availability of box). Delivery time is determined by your location and desired shipping method.

Can you make special REQUESTS?

We are more than happy to accept special orders.

I want to order more than 5 boxes ,  do you charge shipping for each?

No shipping and handling is combined

Click on "site map" it will direct you to a list of all the boxes available on the site

What payment options are available?

We accept paypal, personal checks (personal checks must clear before items are shipped), money orders and cashiers checks.

I received a damaged or defective item.

Please email us at with your order number, name, address and details on the item you received damaged or defective. We will instruct you on how to proceed with correcting your order. If you would like a replacement sent to you and the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but will be credited for the return once we receive it in our fulfillment center. We will assist you in returning the original shipment for a full refund, including shipping charges
